Mary will help you with the custom design of your new home. She also offers custom kitchen and bath design and can even assist with your interior decorating needs. Mary will follow your contract through the factory's design department and will help to schedule your whole construction timeline. Because of Mary’s extensive banking background, she will also be able to help you obtain financing and even help you with your paperwork, choices with any of our banking institutions, or any questions.
Jim Lynch – Belfast, Maine
Jim Lynch, Commercial Development Manager, brings over two decades of experience in every phase of modular construction to Castle Homes LLC. His background in project development, design, sales and project management has resulted in hundreds of successful projects for a diverse group of clients including: Aerospace, Pharmaceutical, Armed Services, Utilities, Hospitals, Corrections and many State and Municipal Governments. Jim has constructed projects at many high security sites such as Nuclear Power Stations, Navy Shipyards and Prisons; as well as dense urban locations in New York City, Boston, Newark and Philadelphia. He has a complete understanding of the complex issues associated with construction in these types of locations, and can manage your project from permits to punch list. Jim will be pleased to work with you throughout the entire modular construction process.
