Eco Building Systems LLC, an affiliate of Eco Built Communities LLC of Boston is one of the regions largest residential builders. In 2007 the firm acquired the premier northeast modular home builder, Oxford Homes of Oxford Maine.
Oxford Homes began operations in Oxford Maine April 24, 1977. From that beginning more than 8,000 single and multi family
residences have been built. Thus, if your wish (i.e. gotta have it) list includes choices like quartz, granite, or Corian counter tops, 9’ ceilings with tray features, custom cabinetry, top of the line appliances, select hardwood, tile or bamboo flooring, custom lighting, state of the art heating/cooling systems, custom designed kitchens, spa style his and her bathrooms, then clearly Eco-Building Systems should be your manufacturer.
Eco-Building Systems builds homes via the "inside out construction process". This approach provides an independent third party testing agency with easy access to the structure while the structure is under construction assuring through access to the structure for inspection as well as uninterrupted construction. This in turn accelerates construction while assuring a quality building process and attention to detail.
Additionally, all of Eco-Building Systems’ products are afforded the protection of "The Paul Bunyan Buyer Protection Plan". This plan provides the customer with a comprehensive one-year ten day workmanship warranty and a ten-year structural warranty.
